1. Create a Job Card
Customer arrives? Create a job card instantly — add device model, IMEI, complaint and estimated delivery date.
2. Track Status
Jobs have two simple statuses: "In Progress" and "Job Processed". When marked ready, WhatsApp notification is sent.
3. Record Payments
Partial payments? Full payments? Both are handled. Customer balances are calculated automatically.
4. Customer Statement
Open any customer's statement — see all orders, payments and dues in one page. Print or WhatsApp it.
5. Inventory Control

Frequently Asked Questions
Two different messages can be sent:
- New Job (In Progress): The customer receives a tracking link.
- Job Ready (Job Processed): Customer is notified their device is ready.
The Job Cards page has an "Add Old Record" button. This lets you add an order with a past date.
Enable in Settings → WhatsApp. Set day, time and minimum age. Customers with unpaid processed jobs receive grouped reminders.
Default range shows meaningful numbers right away. Change with "From" and "To" date fields.
Owner can add team members via Settings → Staff Members. Each gets their own login with custom permissions.
Dashboard warning 7 days before expiry. After expiry, login is blocked — all data preserved.
Every job card view page has a printer icon. Click it — thermal or A4.
Data stored in secure MySQL. Each shop is completely isolated. Manual backup from Settings → Backups.
